1. About These Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Anchor CRM, a customer relationship management platform operated by Stratalace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and Organizations

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organization administrators control membership, roles, and permissions within their organization and are responsible for the access they grant.

You must provide accurate registration information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupting or overloading the platform, probing for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure, or using the service to store or transmit unlawful content.

API access is subject to the documented rate limits. Automated use that degrades the service for others may be throttled or suspended.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the customer data, documents, and other content you store in Anchor CRM. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your data to you and the teammates you authorize.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the personal data you import about your contacts, and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your use of that data.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep Anchor CRM available and performant, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify features over time, and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your organization's data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratalace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Anchor CRM, including loss of profits, revenue, or data not caused by our breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms here and, for material changes, notify account owners. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
