In-app support

Signed-in users can submit support tickets directly from the app — including bug reports with automatically attached context — and track their status under Tickets.

Reach the team at support@stratalace.com. To help us help you, include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The request path and response status/body (redact your API key!)
  • Approximate time of the issue and your organization name

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
